What if you can't leave the house or I can't come to you?  What's left?  SLFit Virtual!  It's one-on-one personal training via Zoom, Skype, FaceTime, or Messenger.

​For many, getting to the gym is a feat in itself.  Regardless of our best effort, committing and sticking with a workout routine is easier said than done.  SLFit Virtual makes it easier for you to commit and achieve your goals.

What if I'm a beginner?
I don't know the forms
and movements.
How do you correct it?

Insuring that movements and forms are correct is a tough task to do but it's doable.  I will pay close attention to your movements and progression to make sure injury risks are small and still meeting our individual goals.  In fact, I have noticed that clients that are on video are easier for me to see.  My eyes are focused on the whole body.

Other than a fast 
connection, what else
do I need?

For the virtual aspect, a reliable internet connection is needed.  We are going to use a laptop, a tablet, or a smartphone.  For workout meetings, we will be using Zoom Meeting, Skype, or FaceTime.  For delivering workout programs and nutrition plans, we are utilizing SLFit App, Fitbit, or MyFitnessPal.  These apps are free of charge.

The covid pandemic made me look for an alternative way to workout.  I'm so glad that I found Joe - SLFit Virtual.  He is very engaging and he keeps it interesting :)

What if I don't have
any exercise equipment? 
Do I need to buy any?

Minimal equipment is needed and we don't need any special equipment.  All of the workouts are designed to allow us to use minimal equipment or even zero equipment. Dumbbells, a bench, a ball, resistance bands, and/or bodyweight are sufficient enough to have a great workout.

How do I sign up?
What are your plans?

There are two types of plans:  The Guidance and The Complete
The Complete Plan is for people that need a little bit more attention.  It's a subscription base and has up to 8 workouts a month and can cancel anytime. It's great for weight loss, beginners, and/or muscle building.

​On the other hand, The Guidance Plan is for people that is a little bit more motivated and discipline.  It's subscription base and can cancel anytime.  It's great for weight loss, intermediate, and/or muscle building.  People on this plan don't need much attention from a personal trainer but you will still get 3 virtual sessions a month to make sure you are on track and meeting your goals.
