On July 23, 2018 a challenge to become more active will start. This program will definitely make you more active. If you’re mindful of the little things you can do to turn each of your daily tasks into a mini-workout, you’ll be surprised how much better you’ll feel!
For as long as I can remember and maybe up to 8 years ago, I’ve been the king of inactivity. From faking injuries to get out of gym class to becoming winded after going up one flight of stairs, the thorn in my side has always been creating ways to be more active (and, you know, actually using them).
These daily challenges will help you begin to become more active in your daily life. The program consists of the following:
These exercises are mostly bodyweight and cardio and it can be done at your home.
Week 1: Cardio
Week 2-3: Cardio bodyweight exercises
Week 4-6: Cardio challenge bodyweight challenge
The program will have up to 15 people with the same goal. Each person will use SLFit App to track their progress. You will be prompted to download the app once signed up. You will need to have an iOS or Android devices.
