Hybrid uses StartLiveFit App that can be downloaded to your iOS or Android Smartphones. There are 2 plans to choose from. It's a 3-month program that is broken down to 3-monthly phases. It consists of pull and push movements (weight lifting), core, cardio, circuit training (bodyweight), and/or stretching. It's a 5 to 6-day split with 1-2 dynamic rest days. The program can be use for weight loss, weight lifting, body sculpting, and many more. Once you've signed up for a plan and received your goal requirements, I will make your fitness program based on your goals.
For Hybrid plan, we will need to schedule up to 6 personal training sessions - up to 2 sessions a month. For Hybrid+ plan, there are up to 9 personal training sessions - up to 3 sessions a month.
